So, why are they still keeping these guys? Is there anything being done to see if they are guilty of any crimes?

I guess, at this point, if they let them go, the detainees would probably be angry enough to join terrorist groups.

Heather, you touch on a point that many have made about the Bush administration's policies in the war on terror.
As well as it may be doing in fighting those who are currently terrorists (and that's debateable), it may actually be increasing the number of terrorists in the world with its short-sighted policies.
